 Electric vehicle maker Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holding of China announced it is  targeting a valuation of up to $5.13 billion in its initial public share offering (IPO) in the USA. More at Reuters. 

 United Auto Workers members at Daimler Truck plants in three states turned out Saturday to ratify a new contract that includes raises of more than 25 percent over four years. More at The Detroit News.

 The Aston Martin Formula 1 team’s petition for a right to review the penalty given to Fernando Alonso for a collision in the sprint at the Chinese Grand Prix has been rejected. More at Planet F1.

 The Jeep Gladiator pickup will get a 4Xe plug-in hybrid version next year, which is expected to use the same 2.0-liter turbo four and 44 hp motor/generator as the Wrangler. More at Motor Trend. 

 The European Commission has warned three Chinese EV producers—BYD, SAIC, and Geely—that they have not supplied sufficient information for its anti-subsidy investigation. More at World Auto Forum. 

 The Ferrari 12Cilindri will arrive later this year with a normally aspirated, 6.5 liter V12 819 hp V12 that revs to 9,500 rpm mounted up front and a base price of around $417,000. More at Car and Driver. 

+  The QuikTrip fuel and convenience chain reimbursed the owner of a GMC 2500HD Duramax $20,000 for fuel system damage caused by water contamination in its diesel fuel. More at The Drive. 

 NASCAR veteran driver and 2023 Daytona 500 winner Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has signed a multi-year contract extension to pilot the Chevrolet of JTG Daugherty Racing. More at Jayski.
