+   Volvo’s Polestar performance-EV division announced that the Precept concept vehicle will become a production vehicle in China and will be sold in the United States. More at Car and Driver. 

 NASCAR has issued a hefty $100,000 fine to Hendrick Motorsports after the Cup team exceeded its allotted wind tunnel testing time, which is limited by series rules. More at Speed Sport. 

+   The Kia Stinger, the Korean carmaker’s twin-turbo, 365-horsepower luxury sports sedan that sells for less than $40,000, may be discontinued due to poor sales. More at The Drive. 

+   The government of India plans to offer $4.6 billion in incentives to lure electric vehicle battery makers to the country, which could reduce oil imports by $40 billion. More at Autoblog. 

 BMW has unveiled its next generation of M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe models, which will offer true manual transmissions, up to 503 hp, and availability early in 2021. More at USA Today. 

 The first two pre-production models of the 2021 Bronco, due to hit the showrooms early next year, have rolled off the production line at Ford’s Michigan Assembly Plant. More at the Detroit Free Press. 

+   Formula 1 drivers have been told they cannot wear clothing bearing any cause -related slogans or messages while in their official duties after grand prix events. More at BBC Sport. 

 Ferrari has officially unveiled its 812 Omologata, based on the V12 front-engine production 812 Superfast and to be built in only one copy for an undisclosed price. More at CNET Roadshow.
