 Hyundai Motor Group announced it will invest $51 billion over three years in South Korea to ramp up electric vehicle production and plans to hire 80.000 new workers. More at Reuters.

 Electric van maker Canoo says it has purchased 20 containers of manufacturing equipment from another EV startup, Arrival Automotive UK Limited, for pennies on the dollar. More at Autoweek.
