At the 2012 June Sprints at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin this past weekend, Doug Peterson (http://www.dougpetersonracing.com) took an incredible ride in his new Formula racer. Check out the unbelievable incar video after the jump.
As you watch the footage, you’ll be struck multiple times at how badly this could have gone at key points but thank heavens, it didn’t. We’re greatly relieved to hear that Peterson was unscathed.
“Doug was okay after the crash,” an associate reported at YouTube. “Brand new car not so much.”
