The nice people at Chevrolet sent us this swell video this morning. Why? Because it’s National Donut Day.
The purpose of the video, no doubt, is to help spread the word about the Camaro ZL1. This we are happy to do:
Powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged LS-series V8 with 580 horsepower and 556 lb-ft of torque, the ZL1 is surely the most powerful production Camaro ever. Pundits are also impressed by the ZL1’s track manners, citing the car’s third-generation magneto- rheological dampers, five-step Traction Management software, and well-sorted electronic power-assisted steering (EPAS). Prices start at $54,350; EPA highway fuel economy is 19 mpg.

I must admit, there’s not a whole lot that irritates me more than corporate lawyers telling me to not attempt something as if they have some sort of authority. Very well, then I guess there’s no need for me to buy your product, then.
It’s just so you don’t sue them for a zillion dollars after you stuff your ZL1 in the shrubbery.
